  14.   and Computer Clubs who wish to distribute the The TW-EXTENDERS Series of
  15.   Add-on modules for Trade Wars 2002 v2b?.

  21.   Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to add the TW-EXTENDERS Series to
  22.   their disk library may do so in accordance with the Distribution 
  23.   Restrictions listed below.

  34.   As the exclusive copyright holder for The TW-EXTENDERS Series of add-on 
  35.   modules for Trade Wars 2002 v2, David R. Sim and SimSoft Professional 
  36.   Computer Services authorize distribution only in accordance with the 
  37.   following restrictions.

  39.   ASP Approved Vendors in good standing are hereby given permission to
  40.   distribute The TW-EXTENDERS Series of add-on modules.  Non-ASP member 
  41.   vendors must request permission prior to distributing this package.
  42.  
  43.   The TW-EXTENDERS Series of add-on modules for Trade Wars 2002 v2 is 
  44.   defined as containing all the material listed below.  If any files listed 
  45.   below are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is 
  46.   forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a complete package suitable for 
  47.   distribution.

  49.      [program].exe   -  the actual program; name varies with each module.
  50.      [program].doc   -  the program's docs; name varies with each module.
  51.      vendor.txt      -  this vendor information file.
  52.      order.frm       -  the registration order form.
  53.      file_id.diz     -  the file_id.diz description file.
  54.      [program].sdi   -  the short description file.
  55.      readme.1st      -  any last minute notes to the user.
  56.      sample.par      -  sample parameter file, not included with ALL modules.

  58.   The TW-EXTENDERS Series of add-on modules for Trade Wars 2002 v2- including 
  59.   all related program files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in 
  60.   any way and must be distributed as a complete package, without exception.

  62.   Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or installation
  63.   batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are acceptable.
  64.  
  65.   No price or other compensation may be charged for the TW-EXTENDERS Series 
  66.   of add-on modules.  A distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the 
  67.   diskette, shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not 
  68.   exceed $8.00 US in the U.S. and Canada, or $12.00 US internationally.

  74.   The TW-EXTENDERS Series of add-on modules CANNOT be SOLD as part of some 
  75.   other inclusive package.  Nor can it be included in any commercial software 
  76.   packaging offer, without a written agreement from David R. Sim and SimSoft
  77.   Professional Computer Services.

  79.   If you wish to add any of our programs to a CD-ROM or other collection,
  80.   please check the release date of the version you have.  If the version
  81.   is over two (2) months old then you must contact us to ensure that you
  82.   have the most current version.  A list of BBS's which carry the most 
  83.   current versions can be found at the end of this document.

  86.             Disk-of-the-Month (or Subscription) Distribution:

  89.   If you would like to distribute the TW-EXTENDERS Series of add-on modules
  90.   as a Disk-of-the-Month, or as part of a subscription or monthly service, 
  91.   then the following restrictions apply:

  93.   You cannot use a Disk-of-the-Month distribution to use up your inventory
  94.   of old (out of date) disks.  Only current versions may be shipped as
  95.   Disk-of-the-Month disks.

  97.   If you wish to add any of our programs to a CD-ROM or other collection,
  98.   please check the release date of the version you have.  If the version is 
  99.   over two (2) months old then you must contact us to ensure that you have 
  100.   the most current version.  A list of BBS's which carry the most current 
  101.   versions can be found at the end of this document.

  103.   The TW-EXTENDERS Series of add-on modules cannot be "rented" or "leased" 
  104.   to others.

  106.   You may not list any of our products in advertisements, catalogs, or other
  107.   literature which describes our products as "FREE SOFTWARE".  Shareware is
  108.   "Try-Before-You-Buy" software, it is not free.

  110.   David R. Sim and SimSoft Professional Computer Services prohibits the 
  111.   distribution of outdated versions of the TW-EXTENDERS Series of add-on 
  112.   modules, without written permission from David R. Sim and SimSoft 
  113.   Professional Computer Services.

  115.   Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  116.   disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program
  117.   except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  118.   result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  120.   U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S.
  121.   Government of the computer software and documentation in this package shall
  122.   be subject to the restricted rights applicable to commercial computer
  123.   software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical
  124.   Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The

  152.   Most vendors have standard procedures for acquiring new files.
  153.   They get them from other vendors, BBSs, etc.  Most authors cannot afford to
  154.   mail disks to hundreds (perhaps thousands) of vendors.  However, some
  155.   vendors prefer to obtain programs directly from the authors.  If you would
  156.   like to obtain programs directly from us, automatically, then please help
  157.   us to cover the cost.

  159.   If you would like to receive automatic updates directly from us, then 
  160.   please take advantage of our Vendor Update Program.  Under this program you 
  161.   can receive updates for an entire year for only $5 per program (this helps 
  162.   to offset our costs).

  164.   To receive updates, simply send us a letter with your name, company name,
  165.   mailing address, the name of the person we should contact (such as your
  166.   disk librarian), the program (or programs) for which you would like to
  167.   receive updates, and a check or money order for $5 for each program
  168.   (Countries outside of North America please add an additional $5 per
  169.   program).  Payment in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank only please.
